As a client, or potential client, your mental health and well-being are my top priorities. To ensure transparency and fairness in my billing practices, I am are committed to complying with the No Surprises Act. This law aims to protect clients from unexpected medical bills and promote clear communication regarding the cost of services.

**Your Rights Under the No Surprises Act:**

1. **Good Faith Estimate**: You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the cost of services provided by my practice. This estimate will outline the expected charges for therapy sessions and any other related services.
   
2. **Timely Provision of Estimates**: You will receive your GFE at least three business days before your scheduled service, or upon request. If your therapy plan changes significantly, I will provide you with an updated estimate.

3. **Protection from Unexpected Bills**: My practice ensures that you will not receive unexpected bills for services provided by us. All fees and charges will be communicated to you clearly and in advance.

4. **Dispute Resolution**: If you receive a bill that is more than your GFE, you have the right to dispute the charges. Detailed instructions on how to initiate a dispute will be provided upon request.
