When considering our experiences in the human tribe, the process of discovering or rediscovering our truest self can be a journey laden with challenges and difficulty. However, it is often when we believe that we have attempted everything we can or know how to do to make difficult transformations, to cease our suffering, and to change unhelpful patterns, that we may find ourselves poised for growth and evolution.

I believe that as a therapist, I can be a guide and a partner along the way to self-discovery and the deep exploration of behaviors, feelings, and thoughts that shape our existence. It is my belief that the purpose of psychotherapy is to discover or regain our sense of ourselves as whole and well; to reclaim our inherent resiliency to overcome and manage obstacles.

My name is Carly Wielstein and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #117141, specializing in trauma.
